Yes. If you would like to qualify using a guarantor, your guarantor must be a U.S. citizen and meet Lodge on the Trail’s standard income and credit requirements.

Students can also take advantage of two alternative options for financial qualifications: prepayment of the security deposit or enrollment in the Guarantor Waiver Program. Security deposits are equal to two months' rent. The Guarantor Waiver Program is a convenient option that requires a monthly fee of approximately $52 and eliminates the need to provide a guarantor or pay a security deposit.

Lodge on the Trail offers fully furnished apartments designed for convenience and comfort. The kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. The living area features a sofa, side chair, end table, coffee table, entertainment stand, TV in the living room, dining room table and chairs. Bedroom furniture includes a full-size bedframe and mattress, dresser, desk and desk chair. Please note that you will need to bring your own dishware, bedding, clothing, shower curtain and any other personal items.
